We partner with nonprofits, booster clubs, veteran service organizations, religious groups, athletic programs, and community causes to run vacation sweepstakes campaigns that raise real money for real causes.

Here's how it works: we supply a genuine Palace Resorts all-inclusive vacation as the prize. Your organization promotes the campaign and sells entries to your supporters. At the end of the campaign, a winner is drawn publicly, the winner gets their vacation, and your organization receives the majority of the funds raised.

Is Give & Go a legitimate company?

Yes. Give & Go is a legitimate sweepstakes operator based in New Jersey. Our campaigns are structured as lawful sweepstakes β€” not lotteries or illegal gambling β€” through our no-purchase-necessary entry method. We verify every organization on our platform before their campaign goes live.

Does Give & Go give back to the organizations it works with?

Yes β€” giving back is a core part of how Give & Go operates. In addition to the 75% fundraising payout to every organization, Give & Go:

  • Provides every winner with a cash tax assistance gift to help offset any tax liability on the prize
  • Caps our platform fee at minimum ticket sales β€” all above-minimum revenue goes 100% to the cause
  • Uses peak season prize pricing to protect nonprofit payouts from market fluctuations

Entering & Tickets
Do I have to buy a ticket to enter?

No. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

To enter for free, hand-print your full legal name, complete mailing address, email address, phone number, date of birth, and the name of the campaign you wish to enter on a plain 3" Γ— 5" card. Insert it into a standard #10 envelope with first-class postage and mail to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked at least five (5) days before the campaign close date. One free entry per person per campaign. Each free entry is equal to one purchased entry.

How many entries can I buy?
β–Ό

You may purchase up to 50 entries per campaign. More entries means more chances to win β€” but no single person can hold more than 50 entries regardless of purchase method.

Entry prices vary by tier: Gold campaigns are $100 per entry, Platinum are $200 per entry, and Diamond are $250 per entry.

How does the drawing work? Is it really random?
β–Ό

Yes β€” completely random and fully transparent. Here's the process:

  • The complete entry list β€” every entrant's name and number of entries β€” is published publicly on the campaign page at least 48 hours before the drawing
  • The entry ledger is locked at campaign close β€” no entries can be added, removed, or altered
  • The drawing is conducted using a verified randomization system and broadcast live
  • The full recording is posted on the campaign page after the drawing

Give & Go is committed to 100% transparent drawings. Any entrant can request the full entry data within 30 days of the drawing date.

Can I get a refund on my entries?
β–Ό

Entry fees are generally non-refundable once purchased. However, there are two exceptions:

  • Campaign cancellation β€” if a campaign fails to reach its minimum ticket threshold within the 90-day maximum period, all entry fees are refunded in full within 5 business days
  • Force majeure β€” if a campaign is cancelled due to events beyond Give & Go's control, refunds will be issued at Give & Go's discretion

Who can enter? Are there any restrictions?

Campaigns are open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age. The following are not eligible to enter:

  • Residents of Alaska and Hawaii
  • Give & Go employees and their immediate family members
  • Officers and paid staff of the Beneficiary Organization running the campaign
  • Residents of any state where the sweepstakes is prohibited by law
Florida and Rhode Island residents: Campaigns with prizes over $5,000 require registration under state law. Give & Go complies with all applicable registration requirements before accepting entries from these states.

The Prize
What exactly does the winner receive?
β–Ό

The winner receives a fully all-inclusive Palace Resorts vacation β€” 7 days 6 nights β€” at a genuine 5-star resort of their choosing from the Palace Resorts portfolio. All-inclusive means:

  • All meals at all resort restaurants
  • Unlimited beverages including premium open bar
  • 24-hour room service
  • All resort amenities β€” pools, beach, water park, fitness center, entertainment, and nightly shows

The prize tier determines the suite and number of guests:

  • Gold ($10,000+): Deluxe Resort View Suite Β· 2 adults + 2 kids
  • Platinum ($15,000+): Grand Governor Ocean View Suite Β· 2 adults + optional kids
  • Diamond ($25,000+): Grand Presidential Suite Β· up to 6 guests

Plus every winner receives a cash tax assistance gift β€” $750, $1,500, or $2,500 depending on tier β€” paid by Give & Go to help offset any tax liability.

Which resorts can the winner choose from?

The winner can choose from 12 Palace Resorts properties depending on their prize tier:

The winner has 30 days after the drawing to select their resort and preferred dates. Travel must be completed within 12 months of the campaign close date.
Does the prize include airfare?
β–Ό

No β€” the prize does not include round-trip airfare or ground transportation to and from the resort. The prize covers the all-inclusive resort stay only.

The winner is responsible for booking and paying for their own travel to and from the resort destination. Give & Go strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance for all travelers, including emergency medical and trip cancellation coverage.

Can the winner choose their own travel dates?

Yes β€” the winner selects their own travel dates through the Give & Go Winner Portal, within 30 days of being notified. Travel must be completed within 12 months of the campaign close date.

Blackout dates apply during peak holiday periods and dates when inventory is already committed. Current blackout dates are displayed in the Winner Portal at time of selection. We recommend having multiple date options ready when you access the portal.

Do kids stay free?
β–Ό

Yes β€” children ages 0–17 stay free at eligible Palace Resorts properties under the current Kids Free promotion. This applies to Gold and Platinum tier prizes where kids accompany the winner. Diamond tier accommodates up to 6 guests total (any combination of adults and children).

Kids Free availability is subject to the resort's current promotion terms and the specific property selected. The winner will see current Kids Free availability in the Winner Portal.

How will I be notified if I win?

Winners are contacted by Give & Go via the email address and phone number provided at the time of entry within 48 hours of the drawing. Give & Go will make three contact attempts over five business days.

⚠️ Give & Go will NEVER contact winners through social media β€” not Instagram DMs, Facebook Messenger, TikTok, or any other platform. If anyone contacts you through social media claiming you won a Give & Go sweepstakes, it is a scam. Block and report immediately.

Give & Go will also never ask you to pay any amount to claim your prize. Prize fulfillment is completely free to the winner.

What happens after I'm notified that I won?

After winner notification, here's the process:

  • Step 1: Provide a government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, or state ID) to verify eligibility
  • Step 2: Complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release (returned within 10 business days)
  • Step 3: Access the Give & Go Winner Portal and select your resort and travel dates within 30 days
  • Step 4: Give & Go processes your booking and sends confirmation
  • Step 5: Receive your cash tax assistance gift at time of prize fulfillment
  • Step 6: Enjoy your vacation!
What if I win but can't travel within 12 months?
β–Ό

The prize must be used within 12 months of the campaign close date. If you cannot travel within this window for any reason, the prize will be forfeited and no cash alternative will be offered. Give & Go is not responsible for any circumstances that prevent the winner from traveling.

If you have a genuine hardship β€” serious medical situation, family emergency β€” contact us at [email protected] as early as possible. While we cannot guarantee extensions, we will do our best to work with verified hardship situations on a case-by-case basis.

Can the winner take a cash prize instead of the vacation?
β–Ό

No β€” no cash alternative is available in lieu of the vacation prize. The prize is the all-inclusive resort vacation as described on the campaign page, plus the cash tax assistance gift.

If the winner declines the prize for any reason, the prize is forfeited and no cash equivalent will be offered.

Can the winner bring guests?
β–Ό

Yes β€” the number of guests depends on the prize tier:

  • Gold: 2 adults + 2 children (kids 0–17 free)
  • Platinum: 2 adults + optional children (kids 0–17 free at eligible properties)
  • Diamond: Up to 6 guests β€” any combination of adults and children

Important: by bringing guests, the winner assumes full legal responsibility for all guests for the entire trip. See the Hold Harmless Agreement for full details.

What types of organizations can use Give & Go?

Give & Go specializes in 501(c)(3) organizations but is open to all qualifying causes:

  • Veteran service organizations (American Legion, VFW, Elks, Moose Lodge)
  • Youth sports leagues and travel teams
  • National training centers and Olympic hopeful programs
  • School booster clubs
  • Community service clubs
  • Foundations and medical charities
  • Churches and religious organizations
  • Educational organizations
  • Arts and cultural organizations
  • Pre-501(c)(3) community groups and booster clubs

How much does my organization earn?
β–Ό

Your organization receives 75% of net revenue β€” after the prize retail value is deducted. Here's what that looks like at minimum ticket sales (250 tickets):

  • Gold (250 Γ— $100): Your org earns $11,250+
  • Platinum (250 Γ— $200): Your org earns $26,250+
  • Diamond (250 Γ— $250): Your org earns $28,125+
Above-minimum ticket sales go 100% to your organization. Give & Go's platform fee is capped at minimum tickets. Every additional ticket sold above 250 belongs entirely to your cause.

At maximum ticket sales your organization can earn up to $22,500 (Gold), $41,250 (Platinum), or $37,500 (Diamond).

What does it cost to run a campaign?
β–Ό

Nothing. Zero. Free. There is no setup fee, no monthly subscription, no credit card required to launch a campaign. Give & Go's platform fee comes entirely out of campaign revenue β€” your organization never pays a cent upfront.

What if we don't sell enough tickets?
β–Ό

No minimum means no drawing β€” but also no risk to your organization. Here's what happens:

  • Day 1–60: Your standard 60-day campaign window
  • Day 60 (if under minimum): Give & Go automatically grants a 30-day extension. All entrants are emailed β€” this often generates a final rush of ticket sales.
  • Day 90 (still under minimum): Campaign cancels. All entry fees are fully refunded to entrants within 5 business days. Your organization owes nothing.
There is zero financial risk to your organization. You never buy inventory, you never handle money, and if the campaign doesn't reach minimum, everything is returned. The only cost is the time you put into promoting it.
When does our organization receive the funds?
β–Ό

Give & Go sends a detailed payout summary to your organization within 5 business days of the campaign close date. Funds are transferred to the bank account on file via Stripe Connect. Transfer times vary by bank but typically arrive within 2–5 business days of the payout being initiated.

Your payout is not contingent on the winner completing their travel β€” you receive your share at campaign close, regardless of when the winner takes their trip.

Can our organization run multiple campaigns?
β–Ό

Yes β€” organizations can run multiple campaigns over time at different tiers. Many organizations run a Gold campaign for a smaller event and a Diamond campaign for their annual gala. There is no limit on how many campaigns an organization can run over its lifetime on the platform, subject to Give & Go's inventory availability and campaign scheduling.

Safety & Scams
How do I know if a Give & Go winner notification is real?
β–Ό

Legitimate Give & Go winner notifications follow these rules β€” every single one, without exception:

  • Contact comes via email and phone only β€” using the contact information you provided when you entered
  • Never through social media β€” not Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Snapchat, or any other platform
  • Never asking for payment β€” you will never be asked to pay any fee, tax, shipping charge, or any other amount to claim your prize
  • Never asking for financial information β€” no bank account numbers, credit card details, or wire transfers

If you receive any communication that violates these rules, it is a scam. Do not respond. Block the sender and report it to [email protected] immediately.

Someone on Instagram said I won a Give & Go prize. Is this real?

This is 100% a scam. Do not respond. Do not send any money or personal information.

Give & Go never contacts winners through social media under any circumstances. This is an absolute rule with no exceptions. Scammers create fake accounts impersonating Give & Go and contact people claiming they've won. It is entirely fraudulent.

Block the account immediately and report it to the platform. Then report it to us at [email protected] so we can take action.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments on the Give & Go platform are processed by Stripe β€” one of the world's most trusted payment processors. Give & Go never sees, stores, or has access to your credit card number, CVV, or banking information. Your payment data is encrypted end-to-end using 256-bit SSL encryption.

Is international travel to these resorts safe?
β–Ό

Palace Resorts properties are world-class 5-star all-inclusive resorts with extensive security and guest services. Millions of American tourists visit these destinations every year. However, Give & Go always encourages winners to:

  • Check the current US Department of State travel advisory for their destination country before travel
  • Purchase comprehensive travel insurance including emergency medical and evacuation coverage
  • Stay within resort grounds when not on organized excursions
  • Use resort-recommended transportation rather than unofficial taxis
  • Consult their doctor about recommended vaccinations and health precautions
