GIVE & GO HOLD HARMLESS, RELEASE & LIABILITY WAIVER AGREEMENT

By completing this purchase you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by the Give & Go Hold Harmless, Release & Liability Waiver Agreement in its entirety. This is a binding legal agreement.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK: You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with international travel and participation in any Give & Go prize trip, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, death, property loss, criminal acts, gang activity, civil unrest, natural disasters, foodborne illness, alcohol-related incidents, and all other hazards described in the full agreement.

GUEST LIABILITY: If you win and bring any guests or travel companions — including minors — you personally assume full legal responsibility for all acts, injuries, illnesses, and conduct of every guest for the entire duration of the prize trip. No guest may bring any claim against Give & Go. You agree to indemnify Give & Go from any claim brought by any guest.

ALCOHOL: The prize includes an unlimited open bar provided by the resort. Give & Go is not responsible for any consequence arising from alcohol consumption by you or any guest during the prize trip.

COVENANT NOT TO SUE: You irrevocably covenant not to file or maintain any lawsuit, legal action, or proceeding of any kind against Give & Go, its owners, officers, employees, or agents arising from your participation in this sweepstakes or any prize-related travel or experience. All disputes are subject to binding individual arbitration in New Jersey. You waive all class action rights.

PUBLICITY: If you win, you grant Give & Go the right to use your name, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

TAXES: Prize winners are responsible for all applicable taxes on prize value. Give & Go will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC. A voluntary cash tax assistance gift is provided by Give & Go to help offset tax liability.

ENTRY FEES: Entry fees are payments for sweepstakes participation and are not tax-deductible charitable contributions.
